Thailand's Leading Condom Manufacturer Utilizes CipherLab RK26 for Enhanced Precision and Digitization in Operational Processes

Thailand is the world’s largest natural rubber producer and a leading exporter of condoms. One manufacturer has taken advantage of this and has become known for its innovation and efficiency. Founded in 1993, the manufacturer is now one of the leading producers of OEM and ODM condoms. Its factory has the capability to produce 60 million pieces per year. Despite its success, the manufacturer faced significant challenges in managing its operational efficiency and improving its competitiveness.

Prior to implementing CipherLab’s mobile computer solution, the manufacturer relied on a manual process for traceability; tracking was done in Excel spreadsheets by manually entering the clock-in time, clock-out time, and type of operation performed for each machine after a work order was received and completed. In terms of production tracking, the tracking of production plans and schedules on spreadsheets that different departments update manually can lead to complex and time-consuming operations, not to mention human errors resulting in low data accuracy.
