As one of Taiwan’s top 3PL providers in cold chain logistics, this company manages a fleet of 350 refrigerated trucks and 13 temperature-controlled warehouses. With robust experience in B2B and B2C operations, it has recently expanded into the fast-growing fresh food e-commerce space, where traceability and temperature control are critical for maintaining quality and compliance.

Previously, the company relied on separate thermometer guns and mobile computers to monitor goods in distribution centers and during last-mile deliveries. This meant drivers had to juggle multiple devices and manually record temperature readings, which slowed workflows, created data entry errors, and often resulted in missed temperature thresholds. The lack of real-time integration led to inefficiencies and potential product losses, particularly problematic when dealing with sensitive goods like pharmaceuticals, fresh foods, and chemicals.
