CipherLab is committed to supporting reliable operations and reducing operational risk for our customers. To further support your business, we are offering a complimentary 3-month warranty extension for eligible CipherLab main units.

By registering your device, you can extend existing valid warranty coverage and ensure continued service support throughout your device's lifecycle.

Program Overview
Eligible CipherLab device users may apply for an additional 3-month warranty extension by completing a simple device registration and verification process.

Once approved, the warranty extension will be automatically applied after the original warranty expires, providing extended coverage without disrupting existing service terms.

How It Works

1. Register your CipherLab device through the online registration page.
   
2. Submit the required information, including a valid device serial number
   
3. After successful verification, the 3-month warranty extension is automatically applied
   

Eligibility
The warranty extension is available for devices that meet the following criteria:

• CipherLab devices with active warranty coverage at the time of registration
  
• Valid device serial number
  
• Eligibility will be confirmed during the verification process
  

Applicable Regions
The program is initially available in the following regions:
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Program Period

• Available starting January 1, 2026
  
• Valid until June 30, 2026
