Steven Liau
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A co-founder of the company in 1988, Steven has driven the development and growth of the company since its inception. His diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit lead the growth and organization of every part of the company. Mr. Liau has overseen CipherLab's expansion to a worldwide AIDC company, and participates daily in the sharpening of CipherLab's renowned focus on customer service, industry expertise, and technical innovation.

Sherman Chuang
President
In January 2008, the role of President was added to Sherman's position as Chief Administrative Officer. He is responsible for creating organizational strength across multiple departments for coordinated growth and success while overseeing investments and financial strategies to help CipherLab reach new levels of corporate strength and profitability.
Prior to joining CipherLab in late 2006, Sherman gained forty years' experience in finance management at international companies based in the Taiwan, United States, and Hong Kong. Before CipherLab, Sherman was Chairman for U-Lite and Chief Administrative Officer for Sampo Group.

George Tan
Senior Vice President of RD and Spokesman
Mr. Tan, with strong knowledge in products and technology in AIDC industry, helped CipherLab establish a solid manufacturing department that could deliver on its product designs to a growing customer base when co-founding the company. Moreover, with the expertise in software and application development, he helped the company build the MIS department to manage corporate resources.
Currently, Mr. Tan is responsible for the head of R&D and spokesman. His mission for the head of RD is to catalyze the evolution of new products and ensure the stable development of current products. As for the job of spokesman is to keep our potential and current investors updated about CipherLab's innovation and performance, and also ensure their expectation are channeled to the management.

Ralph John Hossary
Senior Vice President of Global Business Division
In 1999, Ralph brought his 25 years of experience in the AIDC industry to work for CipherLab. He has helped grow CipherLab from a scanner manufacturer to a worldwide organization offering mobile computer products bringing modern solutions to a wide range of industries. With hands-on experience as a CipherLab sales partner, Mr. Hossary has a solid foundation in the realities of customer needs and the systems and solutions that can solve their business challenges.
Prior to joining CipherLab, Ralph sold AIDC system solutions through his own company, JRC International Ltd., and for Telxon Australia.

Yung-Fu Chang
Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in AIDC, smartphone and embedded systems, Dr. Yung-Fu Chang joined CipherLab in October 2010. He is responsible for technology strategy, roadmap development, and IP Strategy.
Before CipherLab, Dr. Chang was the CEO of AWID, an RFID company in CA, USA. Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of Accelent Systems, a smartphone and embedded system software company in Ohio, USA. Before that, he also served as CTO and EVP of Telxon Corporation in Ohio, USA, one of the leading handheld computer manufacturers in AIDC industry.
Dr. Chang was awarded 9 USA patents. He received academic degrees of Ph.D in EE and MBA.
